Easy Pumpkin Harvest Banana Bread

One of our family's favorite things to make is Pumpkin Harvest Banana Bread. A fresh slice with a pat of butter to accompany a hot cup of coffee is a perfect way to wake up in the morning! Make this for family gatherings or just because it's amazing! Please Your Palate!
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
3 cups All Purpose or Cake Flour
2 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup Pumpkin Harvest Spiced Sugar
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
1 1/3 cups Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Golden Raisins (optional)
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x5 in loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugars.
In a large stand mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Incorporate the flour mixture with the wet banana mixture. Fold in the remaining raisins and walnuts if chosen.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
Serve with honey butter or cream cheese.
