I need a lifetime supply for this in my coffee. I stir in a dash of this in her specialty coffee’s and I enjoy the feeling of being in paradise. It makes you feel like you’re out of the country in a specialty coffee shop.

As it slowly poured from the bottle I noticed how thick the vinegar is. The taste is pure balsamic vinegar infused with delicious fig. Truly one of the best I’ve ever had and will be a customer for years to come. Chef Shay is the brilliant creator who is down to earth and has a sharp sense of humor and a heart to pair who ever enters her shop with the right seasonings and vinegar. I am so happy I found her!
