"Dashes Of Love"

What makes Palate Gourmet Who We Are
Extraordinary Food, Simplified

As a veteran and military spouse, I understand the importance of comfort and joy in difficult times. Food has always been a source of solace for me, and I wanted to share that with others through Palate Gourmet. My mission is to allow anyone to become a gourmet chef easily, with the help of our artisanal spices, sauces, infused olive oils, and balsamic vinegar.

I learned the art of cooking from my grandmother, who instilled in me the importance of flavor and tradition. I spent countless hours in her kitchen, stirring pots of okra soup and adding dashes of love with her guidance. It's that same love and attention to detail that I pour into every product at Palate Gourmet.

ShaDonna Brings Gourmet Spice Blends To You

Southern cuisine is a special passion of mine, steeped in history and culture. But I'm also inspired by flavors from all over the world, from the spices of Morocco to the sauces of Italy. I want to bring those global tastes to your kitchen, so you can embark on a culinary adventure without leaving home.

What motivates me most is seeing the joy on people's faces when they taste my creations. I believe that good food has the power to bring people together, and I'm grateful to be a part of that experience through Palate Gourmet.

At Palate Gourmet, we want to make it easy for you to create high-quality, flavorful dishes at home. Our regionally-inspired spice collections are designed to take the guesswork out of cooking, so you can focus on the fun part: savoring the flavors and enjoying time with loved ones. Thank you for letting us be a part of your culinary journey.
