As it slowly poured from the bottle I noticed how thick the vinegar is. The taste is pure balsamic vinegar infused with delicious fig. Truly one of the best I’ve ever had and will be a customer for years to come. Chef Shay is the brilliant creator who is down to earth and has a sharp sense of humor and a heart to pair who ever enters her shop with the right seasonings and vinegar. I am so happy I found her!

I tossed this on my winter squash and zucchini side tonight for dinner, and I am NEEEVERRR going back!! Otherwise boring steamed veggies became a bright lemony side, packed with insanely delish flavor, a pair in heaven! I can't wait to try this on asparagus!
